When you start to blend Essential Oils in a carrier oil for your use or for your family, it can be confusing.  How many drops should I put into the carrier oil?  What if this is for an older person or child?

By the way, you typically use about 2-3 drops of an Essential Oil in your diffuser!  You can always add a drop if needed, but you can’t take it away (without throwing it out), so start easy.
